Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by FitCare Cooling Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202201038456 (1482016-D)) ("FitCare Cooling") and to your use of the fitcare.my website. By booking a service you agree to the terms below.

1. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are prepared from the information you give us and, where needed, an on-site inspection. A quote confirmed in writing (including WhatsApp or email) is fixed for the scope it describes. If the technician discovers additional work on site — for example a hidden leak or damaged wiring — we will explain it and agree a revised price with you before proceeding. You are never obliged to accept additional work.

2. Appointments and Access

We attend appointments within the agreed time window and will contact you if a prior job overruns. You agree to provide safe access to the units, including working electricity and, for outdoor units in elevated positions, any building management approvals required. Appointments cancelled with less than four hours' notice, or where access is not possible, may incur a call-out charge of RM50.

3. Workmanship Warranty

Our work carries a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of service. If the same fault we repaired recurs within that period, we will re-attend and remedy it at no charge. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, damage caused by third parties or misuse, units already at end of life where we advised replacement, or consumables such as refrigerant lost through leaks that we recommended repairing but you chose not to fix. Parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty in addition.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed credit terms in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and common Malaysian e-wallets. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may accrue a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

5. Liability

We carry public liability insurance and take full responsibility for damage directly caused by our negligence during a service visit. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, consequential losses (such as spoiled goods or lost business), or faults arising from manufacturer defects in equipment we did not supply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Content on fitcare.my is provided for general information about our services and is not technical advice for your specific installation. All text and images on this site belong to FitCare Cooling and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. We will always try to resolve issues directly first — most problems are fixed with one phone call to +60 12-772 4815.
