Return & Refund Policy

We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. This policy sets out how FitCare Cooling Solutions Sdn. Bhd. handles refunds, re-service requests and returns of parts and equipment.

Service Visits

If the work did not solve the problem

Tell us within 90 days and we will re-attend under our workmanship warranty at no charge. If the same fault genuinely cannot be fixed and the failure is on our side, we will refund the labour portion of that job in full. Refunds are paid by bank transfer within 14 days of agreement.

Cancelling a booking

Bookings cancelled at least four hours before the appointment window cost nothing. Later cancellations, or visits where our technician cannot access the unit, may incur a RM50 call-out charge. Any deposit paid for a cancelled installation is refunded in full if you cancel before materials are ordered.

Parts and Equipment

Parts we supplied and installed

Parts that fail within the manufacturer's warranty period are replaced free of charge, including our labour, when the failure is a genuine defect. Bring the issue to us first — we handle the manufacturer claim for you.

Units and materials ordered for installation

Unopened equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund less any non-refundable supplier charges, which we will state clearly at the time. Equipment that has been installed, or ordered specifically to your specification (for example custom trunking lengths), cannot be returned unless defective.

Refrigerant and Consumables

Refrigerant, cleaning chemicals and similar consumables are used at the time of service and are not returnable. If we regas a system and the charge is lost within 90 days through a leak we failed to identify, we will re-attend, repair the leak and re-charge the system at no cost to you.

We acknowledge every claim within one working day and aim to resolve it within seven. This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
