How often should I service my aircon in Malaysia?
For daily-use units in Malaysian humidity, a general service every 3–4 months keeps performance up and bills down. A chemical wash once a year clears the deeper buildup a normal service cannot reach.
My aircon blows air but it is not cold. What is wrong?
The usual suspects are dirty coils, low refrigerant from a slow leak, or a failing compressor. We always test pressure and inspect the coils before recommending a regas — topping up gas without fixing a leak just wastes your money.
Do you service all aircon brands?
Yes. Our technicians work daily on Daikin, Panasonic, Midea, Acson, York, Mitsubishi, Samsung, LG, Hisense and most other brands sold in Malaysia, both inverter and non-inverter models.
How long does an installation take?
A straightforward single split-unit installation takes around 2–3 hours. Jobs with longer piping runs, concealed trunking or high wall access can take half a day. We confirm the estimate when we quote.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Every FitCare Cooling job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If a problem we fixed comes back within that window, we return and make it right at no charge.
How much does a typical service cost?
A standard service for a wall-mounted unit starts from RM60, chemical wash from RM130, and gas top-up from RM100 depending on refrigerant type. You get a fixed quote before we start — the price we agree is the price you pay.
