Why Your Aircon Smells Musty
Malaysian humidity turns an aircon's damp, dark interior into perfect territory for mould and bacteria. Over time the coil fins clog, airflow drops, the unit works harder for less cooling — and every time it starts up, that musty smell fills the room.
A chemical wash dismantles the unit and treats the evaporator coil, blower wheel and drain pan with a specialised cleaning agent that dissolves the buildup a spray-and-wipe service cannot touch. The result: restored airflow, colder output and cleaner air.

Chemical wash from RM130 per wall-mounted unit, with multi-unit discounts for whole-home bookings. Ceiling cassette and ducted units are quoted after a quick photo or site check.
We recommend a chemical wash roughly once a year for daily-use units — or immediately if you notice water dripping, weak airflow or a persistent smell.
