Gas Refill That Actually Lasts

We find the leak before we refill — because gas that escapes in a month is money down the drain.

The service

Low Gas Is a Symptom, Not a Diagnosis

Refrigerant does not get "used up" — a healthy system keeps the same charge for years. If your aircon needs a top-up, the gas went somewhere, and simply refilling without finding the leak means paying for the same service again within months.

That is why every FitCare regas starts with a manifold pressure reading and a leak inspection of the flare joints, valves and coil. Small leaks are usually fixed on the spot; only then do we charge the system to the exact pressure the manufacturer specifies.

Included

What a Regas Visit Covers

  • Manifold pressure test on the running system
  • Leak inspection of joints, valves and coil connections
  • Minor leak repair (flare re-seating, valve core replacement)
  • Top-up with the correct refrigerant: R22, R410A or R32
  • Cooling performance check with thermometer reading

Pricing guide

Indicative Rates

Top-up from RM100 for R22, from RM130 for R410A and R32, depending on how much charge the system needs. A full evacuation and recharge after a major repair is quoted per job.

If we find a leak too large to repair on the spot, we will quote the proper fix before adding any gas — we will not refill a system that cannot hold it.
