Our story
From One Van to the Whole Klang Valley
FitCare Cooling began in 2014 with one van, two toolboxes and a founder who was tired of watching neighbours get quoted one price on the phone and charged another at the door. The rule from day one: the quote is the price, and the work is explained before it starts.
Twelve years on, our crews service homes, shops and offices across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor — more than nine thousand units and counting. We are still based in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, and most of our new customers still come the old way: a neighbour's recommendation.
Every technician on our team is trained and certified for refrigerant handling, background-checked, and assessed twice a year on both workmanship and how clearly they explain their findings to customers.
