("FitCare Cooling", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through fitcare.my and in the course of providing air conditioning services. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

When you submit our booking form, call us or engage our services, we may collect:

• Service details — your area or address, the type and number of aircon units, and the problem you describe;
• Correspondence — records of calls, messages and emails relating to your booking;
• Technical data — limited, cookie-based information about how you use this website (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Why We Use It

We use personal data solely to operate our business: preparing quotes, scheduling and performing service visits, invoicing, honouring our workmanship warranty, responding to enquiries and meeting legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only where necessary to deliver the service: with the assigned technician for your job, with payment providers when you pay electronically, and with authorities where the law requires it. All staff and technicians are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Retention

Booking and invoicing records are kept for seven years to satisfy Malaysian tax and accounting requirements, after which they are securely deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encrypted connections to this website, access controls on our booking records, and staff training — to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

6. Your Rights
